Refund Policy

Last Updated: 06/30/2026
01. General Rule: All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final unless this Refund Policy expressly states otherwise or a refund is required by applicable law.
Because our services may involve customized document preparation, administrative work, payment processing, third-party costs, government-related fees, digital delivery, mailing, customer support, and time-sensitive processing, orders may become non-refundable immediately after submission, preparation, processing, transmission, filing, fulfillment, or other action taken by us.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing private third-party assistance and convenience services, not a government product sold by a government agency.
02. No Government Affiliation; Voluntary Purchase
Florida Entity Filing Watch is a private third-party service and is not a government agency. Certain documents, filings, certificates, tax identifiers, public records, posters, or compliance materials may be available directly from government agencies for free or for a lower governmental fee.
You are not required to purchase from us. Payments made to us are voluntary private service payments for assistance, preparation, processing support, convenience, communication, order handling, and/or related services.
A refund will not be granted merely because you later discover that a document, filing, form, record, certificate, poster, tax identifier, or similar item may have been available directly from a government agency or another provider at a lower cost or no cost.
03. Cancellation Window Before Processing
If you contact us before we begin preparing, processing, submitting, transmitting, mailing, emailing, ordering, or otherwise acting on your order, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel the order and issue a partial or full refund.
Any approved refund may exclude payment processor fees, merchant fees, administrative fees, third-party fees, government fees, mailing fees, rush fees, or other costs already incurred or committed.
Once work has started, cancellation is not guaranteed.
04. Non-Refundable Items and Fees
The following are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- service fees for work already performed;
- government fees, filing fees, agency fees, public record fees, and third-party fees;
- payment processor fees, merchant fees, chargeback fees, and transaction costs;
- rush, expedited, handling, mailing, shipping, printing, and processing fees;
- customized, prepared, submitted, emailed, downloaded, mailed, or delivered documents;
- orders delayed or rejected due to customer error, incomplete information, inaccurate information, agency delay, third-party delay, or customer non-response;
- duplicate orders placed by the customer unless we choose otherwise in writing;
- orders involving services already transmitted to a government agency, vendor, processor, mailing provider, or third-party system.
05. Customer Errors
We are not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unauthorized, fraudulent, or misleading information submitted by you or on your behalf.
Refunds will not be issued for mistakes involving business names, addresses, owner names, entity selections, tax classifications, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, document choices, filing choices, or other customer-provided information once processing has begun.
If you identify an error, contact us immediately. We may attempt to correct or update the order where practical, but we do not guarantee that changes can be made after processing begins.
06. Agency Rejections, Delays, or Non-Acceptance
We do not guarantee agency approval, agency acceptance, processing speed, public record updates, filing outcomes, tax treatment, compliance results, bank acceptance, lender acceptance, licensing acceptance, employer acceptance, or third-party reliance.
Refunds will not be issued solely because a government agency, bank, lender, employer, licensing authority, tax authority, vendor, or third party rejects, delays, questions, or refuses to accept a filing, document, certificate, poster, identifier, or record.
Where a rejection is caused by our clear administrative error, we may, at our discretion, correct, resubmit, replace, or refund the affected portion of the service.
07. Damaged, Missing, or Undelivered Physical Items
If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incomplete, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide reasonable supporting information, including photos where applicable.
If approved, we may provide one replacement shipment at no additional charge. Additional replacements, shipping attempts, address corrections, or re-mailing requests may require additional fees.
If tracking shows delivery to the address provided by the customer, we may treat the order as delivered. We are not responsible for theft, incorrect addresses, mailroom issues, refusal of delivery, carrier errors, or customer failure to retrieve mail, except where required by law.
08. Electronic Delivery Issues
If an electronic item, confirmation, document, or communication is not received, you must check spam, junk, promotions, quarantine folders, incorrect email entries, and email storage limits before requesting assistance.
If we can verify that the item was generated or sent, we may resend it to the email address on file or to a corrected email address after reasonable verification.
Failure to receive an email due to customer email settings, spam filtering, incorrect email address, mailbox limits, provider blocking, or customer oversight does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
09. Duplicate Orders
Duplicate orders are the customer’s responsibility unless caused by a verified technical error on our website.
If you place duplicate orders, we may, at our discretion, cancel or refund a duplicate order only if it has not been processed, prepared, submitted, transmitted, mailed, or fulfilled.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback, reversal, payment dispute, bank claim, or processor dispute after placing an order, we reserve the right to suspend performance, stop delivery, cancel pending services, deactivate access, submit evidence to the payment processor, and dispute the claim.
You agree that order records, checkout disclosures, website logs, IP data, customer communications, delivery confirmations, document records, processing notes, and acceptance of policies may be used as evidence in response to a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback or dispute is found to be improper, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this Refund Policy, we may seek recovery of the original amount, chargeback fees, processor fees, collection costs, administrative costs, and reasonable legal fees to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless we choose another lawful method.
Refund timing depends on payment processors, banks, card networks, and third-party systems. We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors.
Refund approval does not waive our rights under the Terms of Service, this Refund Policy, or applicable law.
12. Discretionary Exceptions
We may choose, in our sole discretion, to issue a refund, partial refund, credit, replacement, correction, or other accommodation in a specific case. Any discretionary accommodation does not create a right to future refunds and does not modify this Refund Policy.
